This comic was done by Rena Littleson after our conversation about how cs5 is better than cs3. Check out her comic Rena Versus World!
So, I lost my Wacom tablet Pen. Crap! No big deal though. Since I draw all the comics by hand then scan them I should be ok. Right? Then I realized that I still needed to use the tablet to draw in those little voice bubbles. I tried drawing them with a mouse and it looked terrible! I didn’t know what to do untill I thought of a plan. I headed over to my studio with no time to spare and, calling on the help of The Red Coat, I was able to execute the plan to get the job done.
I ended up printing the comic and drawing the voice bubles by hand on another sheet of paper. It would have been nice to have some vellum, but, I left that back at the apartment. I scanned in the bubbles and added them to the comic. I have to say that it doesn’t look half bad.
I wrote this just in case someone A reads the comic and B noticed the VB Lines were different than usual.

An Open Letter to the six or seven people still listening
Hello out there in TV land! I was wondering if anyone noticed the recent changes in the Dinomytes story line. “The Book Of Dino” Chapter was a little weird and kinda bounced around a bit. That was because I was learning to draw what nick was saying as Nick was learning how to explain how to draw what his mind is thinking. I feal that in this current chapter, “All Desked Up And Nowhere To Go”, cohesion and communication between us is at a record high! The comic is truing out really nicely. Furthermore, Nick and I have a lot of stuff planned for the Dinomytes that will take this whole thing further in direction of forward.
We have several characters that we are waiting to introduce into a new story line. We’ve got a robot coffee maker, mad scientist, new neighbors and some cute female characters. You may have seen some of my designs in the sketchbook or on facebook. It helps that I’m coloring the characters to make them look different. Als one of our characters may be A) Killed Off, B)Sent to Prisson, or C)Going on a Vacation to Morraco, without leaving a forwarding adress.
What we meen is, things will be changing. There may be more ripping off of Python or zainy ”what the hell?” type jokes. Jokes about the Unibomber or other light hearted subjects may “go up” or “increase”.
FRIDAYZ! Another thing I see in other successful web comics is: UPDATING MORE THAN ONCE A WEEK. These guys are making me feel lazy! I originally stopped updating on Thursday because I needed to slow down since I was writing and drawing the comic, updating the website, blogging and working 40 plus hours a week at a job that I have to commute forever to. Soooooo, now that my good friend Nick is writing a most, if not all the jokes, I will have more free time to draw n stuff. Ergo, dinomytes will update on Fridays as well as Mondays.
This is all I have for now. Just remember when your out there that “I Dinosaur You!”
